Northwest Florida's most comprehensive behavioral health care provider

¹ÏÉñ serves adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. With more than 60 programs ranging from outpatient counseling and psychiatry to 24/7 residential treatments and mental health crisis support, our specialized team members provide hope and healing for some of the most vulnerable in our area. Faced with a rising need for mental health and substance misuse care, ¹ÏÉñ is here to serve, growing with our community since 1954.

 

Our services

From Escambia to Walton County, ¹ÏÉñ offers more than 60 programs for mental health and substance misuse, including residential treatment, outpatient services, crisis support and community-based care for both adults and children.

Crisis and emergency care

Our Mobile Response Team offers 24/7 crisis intervention and support, providing telephone triage or coming to callers for in-person help, when needed. Our acute care services, located on our main campus in downtown Pensacola, include our Crisis Stabilization Unit and Short-term Residential Treatment, as well as our Addiction Receiving Facility for detox care and our Central Receiving Facility for Baker Act screenings.

Drug and alcohol addiction

For those struggling with misuse of drugs or alcohol, ¹ÏÉñ offers a range of outpatient, residential and acute treatment options, including medication-assisted treatment, intensive-outpatient care, a specialized DUI program, inpatient detox care, and community outreach for HIV/AIDS testing and opioid overdose education.

Adult counseling and mental health

For those coping with mental health issues, ¹ÏÉñ provides comprehensive care personalized to meet your needs. Our options range from outpatient counseling in individual and group settings, to wraparound care and case management, as well as residential programs for those struggling with chronic mental illness. When a condition requires treatment using medications, we provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric treatment, as well as medication management. Many of our programs include options for virtual appointments.

When a behavioral health condition requires treatment using medications, your health care provider will assess your needs and work with you to develop a plan that’s best for you. ¹ÏÉñ is here to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including pharmacy services, medication management, therapeutic injections, case management, children’s psychiatry services and inpatient crisis care, if needed.

Children’s needs are very different from adults. Our specialized caregivers are dedicated to providing comprehensive care for kids and families.

¹ÏÉñ serves children across many different locations, including outpatient, community-based and residential programs addressing mental health, substance misuse, autism care, early childhood needs, and specialized care for children in the welfare system.

Special Populations Network

The Special Populations Network at ¹ÏÉñ provides essential services for adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other conditions.
