Jen McDonald, Behavioral Health technician manager, manages Cabot Heights 鈥 瓜神鈥檚 foster care group home for teenage boys 鈥 but has also stepped in over the past three months to support the girls鈥 home, Arcadia Place.
Jen is fully invested in the children of both homes, often working evenings and weekends to celebrate their achievements and provide support during difficult times. 鈥淛en has a passion for the work we do.
